Sales Representative / Commercial Agent

For those who love the hustle. This role focuses purely on aggressive outreach, setting up high-level pitch meetings, and closing promotional and commercial bookings.

Agency Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist

Focused entirely on the talent side of the agency. Your main priority is scouting, vetting, and signing premier talent to the QueendomCity PMA roster.

Onboarding Manager

As the Onboarding Manager, you will serve as the primary gatekeeper for new talent joining our roster. You will manage the entire talent influx process from initial inquiry to final acceptance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and filter incoming talent applications, portfolios, and emails daily.
  • Screen applicants for quality control, ensuring their presentation aligns strictly with our brand standards and verification requirements.
  • Handle talent correspondence, including drafting and sending professional acceptance and polite rejection emails.
  • Streamline and manage the end-to-end onboarding pipeline to ensure a seamless experience for incoming talent.

Department Booking Agents

Hybrid roles. Real impact.

Note for Booking Agents: These are hybrid positions. You will enjoy the flexibility of working from home to manage administrative bookings, schedules, and communications, combined with being on-site to oversee talent execution and event logistics as needed.

Booking Agent — Live Events & Field Marketing

Focus: Brand Ambassadors, Promotional Models, and Atmosphere Models.

You will manage our highest-volume roster, coordinating the faces of our live campaigns. You'll be responsible for booking talent for experiential marketing, high-end nightlife/hospitality hosting, corporate events, and trade shows.

Booking Agent — Influencers & Digital Creators

Focus: Social Media Influencers, Content Creators, and Digital Talent.

You will bridge the gap between digital talent and brands looking for online visibility. This role focuses on securing brand deals, sponsored content campaigns, and digital appearances.

Booking Agent — Actors & On-Camera Talent
